1.1 Tuition Fee

1.2 Registration Fee

Each new student is required to pay a registration fee of RMB 2,000 upon submitting the application form.This fee is non-refundable.

1.3 Personal payment terms

Families can choose to pay tuition fees on an annual or semester basis. Please refer to the following schedule:

• Annual fee payable by 01 May 2026.
• 1st installment payable by 01 May 2026.
• 2nd installment payable by 18 December 2026.

1.4 Company payment terms

If the company makes a one-off payment for a full year of tuition and the number of students reaches 70 and above, a 5% discount will be offered if the payment is completed by 01 May 2026.

1.5 Sibling Discount of current students

This discount is applicable ONLY to families with 2 or more children enrolled in the school. The 2nd child receives a 5% discount on the total fees (no discount on Registration Fees). The 3rd child receives a 10% discount on total fees (no discount on Registration Fees).

1.6 Sibling discount for Alumni

The immediate siblings of XLIS graduates(DP2) are entitled to a 5% discount on tuition fees for new enrolment.Eligible families please apply to the PR department for the Alumni discount. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemable for cash.

1.7 Tuition Fee Refund Policy

The refund will be calculated based on the date when XLIS receives the written early termination notice from parents, please find the table below for the criteria and timing of refunds..

1.8 Seat Guarantee Deposit

Seat guarantee deposit of RMB 20,000 is required for new students to secure their place for the upcoming school year. This deposit will be credited toward the annual tuition fee. Payment is due within five workingdays of the offer of enrollment for new families. Once the due date has passed, a seatmay be offered to other students in the wait-pool or from our new applicant pool.

1.9 Note

For those who paid the full-year tuition before August 16, 2026, and only apply for a refund for the second semester (while attending classes in the first semester), the refund will be processed in accordance with the semester payment terms.

2.School Bus Fee

2.1 School Bus Fee standard

School bus fees can be paid on an annual basis or on a semester basis. Parents pay the bus fee according to the payment notice. After paying the school bus fee, student can take the school bus normally.

2.2 School Bus Fee Refund Policy

The refund will be calculated based on the date on the written bus refund request received by the school from parents. Please find the table below for the criteria and timing of refunds..

Note: In the cases of school bus fee refund due to joining the XLIS dormitory program, the refund will be based on the proportion of the actual school bus attending period.

3. Dormitory Fee

3.1 School Dormitory Fee standard

3.2 payment terms

Students who participate in the dormitory programme should apply for accommodation on semester basis. No refunds will be made in the middle of the semester.

4.2 Tuition Fee Inclusions / Exclusions

4.2.1 The tuition fees include snacks that the students receive from the school.

4.2.2 Tuition fees includes teaching materials, software, library and database membership, sports and fitness facility access.

4.2.3 The tuition fees exclude school bus fee and dormitory fees.

4.2.4 The tuition fees exclude the school uniform and other student activities such as travelling expenses and meals for field trips and overseas excursions.

This policy is effective from the date of publication and the school reserves the right to make any changes to the above mentioned policy.
