Whole School Events
1. PTA Core Members Meeting – Tuesday, 12th April
Mr. Zhang Hui, the chairman of PTA, and Mr. Brian Lalor, the primary principal, will conduct training on the “Duty of the PTA members” and the “Child Protection Policy” respectively at the monthly PTA core member meeting.
2. Easter Holidays – Saturday, 16th April – Sunday, 24th April
Starting on Saturday, 16th April until Sunday, 24th April, the school will be closed for the Easter Holidays. We wish you all a safe and wonderful holiday.

1. Assemblies – Fridays
Primary assemblies enable students to actively display what they have taken from their units of inquiry during the year. Students have been working on a trans-disciplinary theme which focuses on knowledge, concepts, ATLs (Approaches to Learning), action and Learner Profile attributes. The schedule is as follows,

02. PYP Parent Coffee Morning – Tuesday, 5th April
Exchange of Mandarin Study Methods for Native Chinese Speaking PYP Students
This workshop will be delivered by our Head of Mandarin, Nancy Jing. She will give parents suggestions on how to support students whose mother tongue is Chinese at home. The main goal of this session is to teach some effective operation methods to help improve the effect of Chinese learning. If you are going to attend this training, please send an email to Ms. Fiona Bai at fiona.bai@xalis.com so we may prepare the space accordingly.
03. PYP Graduation Exhibition – Friday, 15th April

Secondary School Events
1. DP2 Mock Exams – Friday, 1st April
This is the final day of the 5-day exams for our DP students. The mock exams prepare the DP students for their final exams in May.
2. Secondary Sports Day – Friday, 1st April
The middle and high school students will be competing in Dynasty groups. A fundraiser to support students in Uganda will be run by SA, CAS students & student council.
3. MYP Parent Coffee Morning – Tuesday, 5th April

4. IBDP Exams Commence – Thursday, 28th April
The IB Diploma Programme exams last for three weeks. Our DP students will demonstrate their learning across subjects in these culminating exams. Students will receive their IB DP results on July 6th and results will be sent to universities as requested by students. We wish all of our DP students the best of success as they commence their final exams.
