The ceremony was filled with a warm wishes Dr. Liu, Ms. Quinlan, Mr. Scott, Mr. Welch and Mr. Shameek who commended the graduating students for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout their MYP journey also the motivation and how to take the next steps to start their Diploma Programme life.
One by one, the MYP5 students were called up on stage to receive their certificates, which were handed to them by Ms. Qunilan. It was a moment of immense pride and honor as each student’s name was announced, and they walked across the stage with beaming smiles. The applause and cheers from the audience resonated throughout the auditorium, signifying the collective support and admiration we have for our students.
The ceremony also featured inspiring speeches by some of our MYP5 students, who reflected on their experiences, personal growth, and the friendships they had forged during their time in the MYP. Their heartfelt words resonated deeply with everyone present, and their speeches were met with applause.
Following the certification ceremony, we continued the festivities with a delightful BBQ in the school lobby. Students, parents, and teachers mingled together, sharing stories, laughter, and a delicious meal. It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to celebrate the achievements of our MYP5 students and bid them farewell as they continue on their DP journey.
The success of this event would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of our teachers, who tirelessly supported and guided our students throughout their MYP years. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the staff members involved in organizing the ceremony and BBQ, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. More importantly however, we like to recognize how important parents have been supporting their child and the school. It would not have been possible without their efforts.
As our MYP5 students transition to the world of DP, we have no doubt that they are well-prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence are a testament to their potential for success. We wish them the very best in their future and look forward to witnessing their continued growth and achievements.
Once again, we congratulate our MYP5 students on their exceptional accomplishments and express our gratitude to all the parents and teachers who have supported them along this remarkable journey.
