On March 11th, 2021, Exit and Entry Administrative Division of Xi’an Public Security Bureau awarded Dr. Liu the letter of appointment as “Administrative Service Supervisor of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xi ‘an Municipal Public Security Bureau”. Xi’an High-tech Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau bring the issued work permits of the foreign teachers of XLIS to school.
The head of Exit and Entry Administrative Division of Xi’an Public Security Bureau, Xi’an High-tech Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau visited XLIS to show their concern for the foreign experts working in our school. Dr. Lily Liu, Head of School, Mr. Brian Lalor, Primary Principal and Ms. Kathy Wei, Head of HR warmly welcomed the visitors.
On behalf of the school, Dr. Liu expressed her gratitude to the Exit and Entry Administrative Division of Xi’an Public Security Bureau for their support of foreign experts over the years for our school. Dr. Liu also introduced key information of foreign experts and their families in China, and the development, mission, and vision of XLIS. Ms. Kathy made a detailed report on the information management of foreign experts, such as visa and residence permit handling, daily administrative management, and other critical aspects.
The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau with the Public Security Bureau of Xi’an High-tech zone are working together to continue to provide better services for foreigners working in China.
