The notion of “community” and the concept of “innovation” have been central components of our school’s vision and mission. These objectives were outstandingly met with this past Saturday, during our 2023 Summer Fair.
Our Head of School, Dr. Liu, guided the rest of the school’s leadership toward exploring the possibility of hosting the event in an outdoors venue, and Yizhihu Park and its beautiful fields of rolling grass and neighboring network of rivers and lakes, was a perfect choice!
Complete with numerous tents showcasing an extensive variety of fun activities for students of all ages, a delicious international buffet, a concert and an inspiring talent show for revelers of all ages, this might possibly have been one of our most exciting celebrations to date.
One of the highlights of our Summer Fair saw our secondary Visual Arts team’s “Comic Con” interactive workshops, which were led by our secondary school students and their passionate teachers.
