Dear XLIS community,
The global epidemic situation has been complex and severe, with clusters of COVID cases now being reported in many parts of China recently. According to the requirements of Xi’an’s epidemic prevention and control work, and according to the epidemic prevention arrangements of the education system of the high-tech zone, XLIS invites all community members to pay attention and cooperate with all epidemic prevention and control work and insists on personal epidemic prevention work.
1. Don’t go out unless necessary
Avoid any unnecessary travel, especially if you plan on leaving Xi’an. It is currently strictly forbidden to go to areas designated as medium to high risk. Should you need to leave Xi’an, all personnel travelling must submit their travel itinerary(written report) to the school in advance.
2. Personal protection
It is important to wear masks when going out, wash your hands frequently, avoid gatherings, and try not to go to crowded and poorly ventilated places. Please cooperate with scanning the health QR code, measure temperature and keep a safe distance.
3. Report after returning from a trip
All community members who have been to or have passed through medium to high-risk areas should report to their communities as soon as possible after returning to Xi’an. Comply with the current epidemic prevention and control measures in Xi’an, and do not return to school without the permission of the school.
4. Enhance physical fitness and immunity
Try to eat a balanced diet, exercise moderately, and work and rest regularly to avoid excessive fatigue.
5. Pay attention to timely medical treatment
If symptoms of respiratory infection such as coughing, runny nose, fever, etc. are found, it is recommended to go to the nearest medical institution for treatment in time and actively cooperate with necessary epidemiological investigations.
6. Make a commitment to health
Daily self-monitoring of body temperature and health status. Carry out self-health management 14 days before school starts.
7. Be ready to go back to school
Nucleic acid testing and health data review of all XLIS staff members will be completed one week before students return to school.
