On the morning of November 20th, Xi’an Liangjiatan International School welcomed a delegation of visitors comprised of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Xi’an City, and the Association for Promotion of Youth Cultural Exchange of Hong Kong and Shaanxi. The visit also included 39 teachers and students from the TWGHs Wong See Sum Primary School.

Dr. Liu, the Head of School, enthusiastically welcomed the guests, and explained XLIS’ determination to develop Shaanxi Province into a strong scientific and educational hub, through the school’s mission and vision. Ms. Wing Sum Wong, the Head of TWGHs Wong See Sum Primary School, expressed her desire to foster exchanges that represent an opportunity for future mutual learning. The conversation included various fields such as academics, the arts, sports, and technology in education to comprehensively develop students’ potentials.

Subsequently, Ms. Ying Han, a Level IV Division Ranked Official from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, was joined by Mr. Hai Dong Deng, the Chairman of the Association for Promotion of Youth Cultural Exchanges of Hong Kong and Shaanxi, as well as Mr. Jun Cheng Huang, the Vice Chairman held a positive discussion with all guests. Meanwhile, students from TWGHs Wong See Sum Primary School visited different classrooms at the school and engaged in beneficial exchanges with our students.
